A tip, how to transfer data to another device?
Here is another handy tip for PEFLog and Systolic users to transfer data to another device.
All data that you save is stored into your device only. You might need to transfer your data to another device in case you are switching to a new one or just in case if you happen to lose your device. In order to have the data available for another device, then Backup and Restore function does the trick for you. Check the details from the PEFLog user instructions and Systolic user instructions.

After using PEFlog or Systolic for some time you’ll end up having a long list of readings. It often makes sense to group readings according to the monitoring periods. The most meaningful readings are typically the most recent ones and the readings appear in chronological order in the log-tab. In order to jump to the most recent readings, i.e. to the bottom of the list, you can just press the Log-button when already in the log-tab. In order to jump back to the top of the list, you can press the button in the top right corner.

A handy tip for PEFLog and Systolic users - grouping readings
Here’s one handy tip for PEFLog and Systolic users!
It often makes sense to group readings into two weeks periods or according to the length of the monitoring period. You can do grouping in the log tab. Mark the reading that starts the period by pressing it 2 secs. All readings saved after that will be automatically grouped under it.

PEFLog asthma tracker application was updated and new version 2.1.0 is now available for both Android and iOS devices. The new version includes several performance and usability improvements and fixes. If the list of readings is long then it’s now easy to jump to the end of the list by button press. The colour of the readings indicates the colour zone with green, amber and red. Amber and red means the readings are significantly off from the personal best. The daily variation bar chart is even cleaner than before and the chart show average values for the selected time period.
